Reliable MultiGAS kit for unrest

I’m refreshing our rapid-deploy gas setup for short windows during volatile unrest, ideally something that rides a small quad (Mavic 3) and logs SO2/CO2/H2S with GPS for near‑real‑time hazard assessment. What combo has held calibration and kept pump flow in acid fog, and how’s battery performance around 4,500 m?

We’ve had best luck with a KNF NMP830 (PTFE head) plus a short Nafion micro‑dryer — it’s the only setup that’s “kept pump flow in acid fog” for us on a Mavic 3; pair Alphasense B4 SO2/H2S with an ExplorIR‑W for CO2 to keep mass down, and pre‑warm an insulated 4S pack at 4,500 m to keep flow stable. If you need tighter CO2, swap to Senseair K33 at the cost of grams — what flow are you targeting?

Condensation at 4,500 m drives me nuts, so on a Mavic 3 I run a SprintIR‑6S for CO2 and Alphasense B4 SO2/H2S into a short, heated PTFE manifold (about 40°C) with a separate 2S 2200 mAh pack for the sensors. Building on @victoria_bak41, add a 25 mm PTFE membrane prefilter and a 3–5 cm standoff intake to stay out of rotor wash; expect about 9–10 min unless you pre‑warm packs. What’s your payload ceiling on the Mavic 3, about 200 g OK?
