If you’re aiming senior, put a one-line leadership metric under your name so ATS and hiring managers see it fast. Small caveat: a lot of “remote” listings are really hybrid, so confirm cadence before burning time.
Building on @george28, I keep a “go-bag” apply kit: hop to the employer site, paste a 2‑sentence impact blurb, and attach a one-page project map — fast but still tailored. Small caveat: double-check roster/relocation in the fine print or you’ll “strike ore” 1,000 miles from where you can live.
